New for fall 2015, the Comfort Collection, featuring 5 new designs in Tahki yarns by Kennita Tully. As the name depicts, these knits are created with comfort in mind. From the easy to wear poncho vest to the rustic patchwork piece, these are knits you can live in.
First up, this side-to-side vest features an asymmetrical hemline with short-row shaping to create a gentle a-line shape. It is knit in two colors of Tara Tweed following the Fibonacci striping sequence. The only seaming required is at the shoulders. Wear with ease!
Next, is sure to be a favorite you may want to knit more than once! A cozy pullover poncho with tabs on the side for a vest-like feel. This is knit in a yummy new yarn from Tahki called Tahoe. Roomy pockets, seed stitch trim, and a wide funnel neck – what more could you ask for?
The new colors of Mesa inspired this pullover knit on larger needles following the A,B, C sequence- a favorite of mine! Loose fitting with an elliptical hemline, it’ll be a great cover-up for chilly fall days.
This rustic patchwork vest conjures up images of walks in the woods or sitting by the campfire. Loaded with character and knit in the popular Donegal Tweed, there are endless color possibilities both in the squares and the embellishment.
And lastly, this sweater vest knit in Kismet is all about drape. So feminine with the dramatic elliptical hemline, it would look great over a skirt, jeans, or leggings.
All patterns are available as downloads on ravelry through Kennita’s design page.
