Hi! If I hadn’t had to take my mother to hospital the Thursday night we were in Wamego, I would’ve gathered my bags and attended your knit night! My husband & I were visiting from Hermiston, OR. and I have always wanted to meet the lady who has such wonderful patterns and have you sign my copy of Creative Knitting that contains the article about you and your shop. Oh well, I guess it wasn’t meant to be! I will be definitely stopping in when I have to come back for my mothers passing. (She hasn’t passed yet, but it will most likely happen in the next year). Keep up the good work! It is my dream to have a shop, or at least to be a ‘paid’ teacher of knit and crochet, but as long as I do it for the love of knitting & crocheting, I am happy! Happy Knitting! Kennita, I visited your wonderful shop on Saturday and plan to make regular trips up there from Topeka. I purchased yarn to knit the ruffled scarf but I have misplaced my pattern. At your convenience, please e-mail the pattern @ judylayne@sbcglobal.net. Thanks so much, also, thanks for telling me about ravelry, I visited the website and was very impressed.
